self defense rules
Is it legal to carry this for self defense?

I have an opening of envelopes, is exactly 3 inches and a few millimeters (less than one centimeter). Things around my neighborhood in Chicago, IL does not go well, sure you've seen the news, and I feel a little safer if we took it. The thing is, I do not want I pulled or in writing by an official, I've caught. Nor do I read the local rules and regulations, blah, blah, blah, blah … I can also do it??

Each state has its own laws on weapons of care. But you are good to carry a can of pepper spray. You can leave more than a couple of attackers with these things and not even have to get too close.
