MMA / martial arts / questions about this?
OK, so I found this school want to join MMA and not really exspensive per month, but all the team and my family really cannot afford to take me there as much as I want. But I know someone who trains with this guy in a certain type of martial arts, he do not tell me what style actually is because they are secret and only a few people who do. and he said he would talk to your sifu if he could train me, but his sifu is a kind skeptical whether to train someone my age, because the last time he made the boy went out and hurt someone and they do not teach people to violence or teach sport for self-defense. and next year Ill be 18 and I want to start MMA, but if I play this type of martial arts and then use it when 18 IM to be disrespectful to him? to teach me and I go and not as a sport and possbily really hurt someone?
Anyone who trains in secret and does not allow people to understand the style or form is a clown. I would not go near him. If not, you do not give allegiance to different facilities. You're paying money and you is the student. You can change as you see fit.
